Special Membership Meeting – Necessary Repairs to the Main and Wading Pools

The purpose of the meeting is to (a) review necessary repairs to the main and wading pools identified during the performance of maintenance approved by the members at the annual meeting on November 17, 2022 (the “2022 Annual Meeting”), and (b) to consider a proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to pay for such repairs through an increase to the amount borrowed under the loan approved at the 2022 Annual Meeting. No other business shall be transacted at the meeting, and this will not effect membership dues for the 2023 season.
