Host your next party or gathering at Rutherford pool! The Pavilion is available to rent and features a covered area with picnic tables, fans, and electricity plus access to the BBQ grills and all pool amenities.
For any Pavilion rental larger than 20 members and/or 10 non-member guests, a reservation must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Please arrange for your pool party through Social Operations Director, Cameron Childs social@rutherfordpool.org.
- In general, use of the pavilion is open to all Members and Guests on a first come, first served basis.
- The pavilion may be rented for exclusive use by a Member and their Guests in 2 or 4 hour blocks.
- Bonded Members: $200 for 4 hours and $100 for 2 hours. There is a guest fee for each non-member guest attending the party over 10 non-members.
- Non-Bonded Members: Pavilion rental at a cost of $300 for 4 hours and $150 for 2 hours. There is a guest fee for each non-member guest attending the party over 10 non-members.
- Guest Fees for non-members after the initial 10 passes: $4 per non-member guest whether swimming or not. Guest passes must be purchased in advance by packages of 10. (Or individually purchased for $5 per guest)
