Rutherford Pool operates as a member-managed pool and does not rely on external pool management companies. This enables us to hire individuals who have a genuine connection and commitment to our community. Each summer, we have the privilege of employing over 50 individuals, with a significant portion being young residents from our own community. This provides invaluable opportunities to cultivate a strong work ethic and foster meaningful, lifelong connections. We offer a wide range of employment opportunities for individuals aged 14 and above who are seeking a positive and enriching work environment.
