Gate Guard Position
Ensure that pool patrons/guests are greeted and signed in properly.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet pool patrons & their guests.
- Verify current pool membership
- Collect pool passes & guess fee monies.
- Record pool patrons as they arrive and depart the pool.
- Account for guest fee monies.
- Operate concessions
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the pool manager.
- Present a professional appearance & attitude at all times; Maintain a high level of customer service.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years old.
- Knowledge, skills and abilities required
- Ability to react calmly and professionally in emergency situations.
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work as a team.
- Physically able to perform necessary duties
- Knowledge of and ability to adhere to pool policies and regulations.
