Aquatic and Yoga classes have been a success this summer. Feel free to join us through July. We may continue into August if there is enough interest, but we will need a minimum of 4 people at each class to continue. See dates and times below. If you want another time for a class like a Saturday morning (when there isn’t a swim meet), please provide feedback here.

  • Punch cards for classes are available at the snack shack. You can purchase 10 for $7 a class, 5 for $8 a class, or individual classes for $10 per session.

Instructor: Rachel O’Neill

Rachel is is a classically-trained dancer, former ballet instructor and a graduate of the University of Virginia. She started her fitness career in 2004 as a Group Exercise Instructor and became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer in 2010. Over the years, she’s collected many certifications in various group formats and training modalities in cardio, strength and mind/body and spent most of her career working at Gold’s Gym in Fairfax Station.

She’s currently the Studio Manager and Personal Trainer at fit20 in Crosspointe (Fairfax Station, VA) and started her journey with them in 2021. She continues to teach group classes at Gold’s in Lorton and Onelife in Burke.
