Member Check-In & Concession Position
Ensure that pool patrons/guests are greeted and signed in properly and run pool concessions in the snack shack.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet pool patrons & their guests
- Verify current pool membership
- Collect pool passes & guest fees
- Record pool patrons as they arrive and depart the pool
- Operate concessions (snack shack)
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the pool manager
- Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain a high level of customer service
Minimum Job Requirements
- Must be at least 14 years old (with a work permit)
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate and work as a team
- Knowledge of and ability to adhere to pool policies and regulations
