Annual Meeting Notice – Rutherford Area Swimming Club Corporation (RASCC)

Hello Rutherford Families,

Pursuant to Article VIII, Section 1 of the Rutherford Area Swimming Club Corporation (“RASCC”) Bylaws, the Annual Meeting of the RASCC will be held:

Tuesday, November 18, 2025
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Location: Little Run Elementary School Cafeteria

Zoom participation will also be available. Zoom information will be sent out Monday, November 17th.

Hard copies of the proposed FY2025–2026 Annual Budget, the Financial Report, and a PDF of the proxy are available upon request by contacting:

Who Can Vote at the Annual Meeting?

What Is a Sustaining Member?

A Sustaining Member is a Family Unit that:

  • Has paid the one-time Sustaining Fee,

  • Has paid current-season annual dues, and

  • Is in good standing with no outstanding balances.

Sustaining Members hold the long-term governance rights of the pool. Each Sustaining Member Family Unit receives one vote at any Annual or Special Meeting.

Voting Eligibility

✔ Only Sustaining Members in good standing may vote
✔ One vote per Family Unit
✔ Votes may be made in person or by proxy
✘ Annual (non-sustaining) Members may not vote
