Adult Morning Swim Program
We are excited to introduce our Adult Morning Swim Program for Summer 2025! This program is designed for swimmers who are comfortable swimming 100 meters (4 laps) without stopping and can swim at least 1000 meters (40 laps) within an hour. Please note this program is dedicated to lap swimming only, and does not include open swimming, water aerobics or lounging.
Join us for swim workouts that will last for 60 minutes, held 2-3 days a week starting at 6:45am. Our preferred schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, though the exact days may vary based on weather conditions and the organizer’s availability. We normally swim on Monday, Thursday and Friday.
